Blog Category: No Category Blog Tags: No Tags I got sunburnt weekend-before-last and it's totally messed up my skin: it dried out and started peeling, then all the moisturiser gave me spots. Grr. I'm thinking of trying that Liz Earle stuff, it's meant to be really good. God how great would it be if you could download stuff off the internet? My little brother has a throat infection and can't go to playschool, so I'm babysitting. I have taught him about the magic of The Smiths, how to draw footballers, and why he should be nice to me. Plus I downloaded De-Loused In The Comatorium, Frances The Mute and Takk... and am quite looking forward to listening to them. Speaking of The Smiths, the shop down the road still hasn't got my copy of the NME in this week. Must go check on that, I'm taking kiddo here for a walk anyway. Currently reading A Certain Justice by PD James. It's fairly mindless. Yesterday my aunt came in and asked me if I like Snow Patrol. Pfft only for like the past two years. I made her a CD of Final Straw and some of the better songs from Eyes Open. Theirs was the first 'proper rock' concert I went to, back in December 2004. Oddly enough, I remember that same aunt visiting the night before the concert and asking her if she liked them when we went to collect the takeaway. What's odd is that I remember it. I wonder sometimes if there's a part of the mind that knows which memories to keep for future reference, a kind of sixth sense, that makes random things like that stick in my mind to cross-reference with a trivial occurrance 18 months later as opposed to letting me remember the information I need for my exams. But that's a whole other story and I'm rambling now so I'll stop. Interests Sponsored Links | Username Tied to a railroad About Me
